In Saint-Augustin-de-Desmaures, the whole yard was redone. Cuisine Signature, our kitchen division, delivered the outdoor kitchen. We supplied the pergola, the privacy walls and the site management.
One point of contact
Plumber, electrician, gas fitter, carpenter, painter, landscaper: six trades on the same lot. We coordinated them, from ground prep to the last louvre.
The kitchen, under the covered terrace
The kitchen goes in as an L under the existing covered terrace. The old wood privacy wall gave way to adjustable aluminum louvres in a wood finish. You set the view and the light by the hour.
An electric patio heater is fixed to the ceiling. You cook outside longer.
The InvisaCook: the heat passes through the counter
The InvisaCook is an induction hob fitted under the counter. It heats through the Orastone sintered stone, with no cut-out and no visible appliance. The controls tuck into a drawer, and the counter stays clear.
The pergola, further down the yard
A freestanding bioclimatic pergola opens a second zone. Wood-finish adjustable louvres, privacy walls in the same profile. You sit in the shade, or in the sun.
Cuisine Signature covers the kitchen in detail on its own site: the Mercier project on cuisinesignature.ca.
