Mandate
We completed a project on the shores of Lac Saint-François, in Lambton. Our clients wanted to use their outdoor living space facing the lake. Sheltered from sun, wind and insects. And without giving up any of the view over the water.
Model
A covered outdoor living space with a lounge corner, entirely wrapped in 9 motorised outdoor shades. Some of the openings run up to 19 feet wide by roughly 10 feet high.
Accessories
Motorised solar shades
The shades were colour-matched to the cladding of the structure, a Gentek blue. They read as part of the home’s contemporary architecture. Lowered, they create a sheltered, private space. Raised, they disappear and leave the lake view to itself.
