Order confirmation

By signing the sales contract with Pergolas Signature, you accept the General Conditions of Sale. The General Conditions of Sale are detailed in the contract, but also displayed on our website and in store. The price invoiced is the one displayed, from which the applicable discounts have been deducted if necessary.

Order cancellation

After the signing of the contract and the deposit given to Pergolas Signature, no order cancellation will be accepted. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable and represents a guarantee of your commitment to your purchase.

Payment method

We accept the following payment methods: credit card (Visa, American Express or Mastercard), cash or bank transfer. Please note that we will not deliver the order until full payment has been received, and this, at least two (2) working days before the scheduled delivery date. We therefore encourage you to make your payment on time to avoid any delay or inconvenience.

Deposit

A deposit of at least 50% is required for any order placed with Pergolas Signature.
We will not be able to proceed with the execution of the order until the deposit has been received. We therefore invite you to provide for the payment of this deposit as soon as possible in order to guarantee the proper management of your
order.

Late payment

Late payment charges equivalent to 2% per month (i.e. 24% per year) will be added to any overdue account. If Customer is in default and collection action must be taken, such as referral to a collection agency or attorney, Customer will be responsible for payment.

Delivery delay

Pergolas Signature depends on the delivery schedule of its suppliers. The products offered are therefore subject to the availability of stocks, within a period which is not guaranteed. If a delay or a shortage of stock prevents delivery of an ordered item within a reasonable time, Pergolas Signature will inform the customer and seek to find a suitable solution. For orders of "made-to-measure" products or products made according to the buyer's specifications, the average delivery time is 6 to 10 weeks. We therefore invite you to take this delay into account in your planning and to contact us if you have any questions or concerns. We will do our best to keep you informed of the status of your order and to ensure delivery to you as soon as possible.

Delivery

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address and telephone numbers provided. Pergolas Signature cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete information. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery can be made under appropriate conditions, which includes but is not limited to: checking the accessibility of the premises, clearing the surfaces where the furniture will be installed, confirming the availability of the lift or the loading dock for the goods. The customer must inform Pergolas Signature of any situation which could prevent a successful delivery. In addition, it is the customer's responsibility to check the condition of the goods at the time of delivery.

Independent Carrier

Pergolas Signature declines all responsibility for deliveries subcontracted by an independent carrier. Any delay in delivery of a product which has left our warehouse at the scheduled time cannot engage the responsibility of Pergolas Signature. In this case, no compensation will be granted. In addition, Pergolas Signature cannot be held liable in the event of a problem or dispute with an independent carrier, such as a delay, a strike, loss or deterioration of the goods. If a dispute arises, it should be resolved directly with the carrier involved.

Picking up the goods

When the customer picks up the goods at the warehouse or in the store, he must make sure to check the opening hours, to have his sales contract in hand and to pay the balance of his order beforehand. The customer who takes possession of his goods must confirm that the items are in good condition and immediately report any anomaly to Pergolas Signature staff. The customer must also inform the staff if the product received does not correspond to the product ordered (incorrect reference, color error, missing item, etc.).

Return, exchange and refund policy

Pergolas Signature's return, exchange and refund policy stipulates that no exchange or refund will be accepted for items marked "final sale" as well as for custom-made items, i.e. items customized or made to customer specifications.

Ownership and brand

According to the law in force, the products manufactured or sold by Pergolas Signature remain the property of the company until their complete payment. All articles are protected by the intellectual, artistic, creative and commercial property rights of Pergolas Signature. Any attempted counterfeiting or counterfeiting of these items will be subject to legal action.
