How it works
A cassette on top, two rails, a bar at the bottom.
The fabric winds on a tube housed in the cassette. It comes down between two double zip rails. The fabric stays caught in the rail: it does not flap in the wind.
-
The cassette
Extruded aluminum, 120 × 120 mm. It houses the tube and the motor. The fabric goes right back into it once raised.
-
The side rails
A double zip guide, over the full height. They hold the fabric against the wind.
-
The bottom bar
A weighted profile with a rubber strip. It closes the line against the floor or the sill.
The essentials
The motorized shade, in five lines.
Motorization covers the widest openings. Under 13 ft (4 m), a spring or a crank does the job, with no power supply. The motor sits inside the tube, within the cassette. Its travel limits are set once and for all.
