A house in Saint-Jean-Port-Joli, facing the river. The porch was already there. We covered it with a bioclimatic pergola.
The structure is fixed against the house. It is also anchored to the second-floor porch. Two anchor points, nothing on the ground.
The roof has adjustable louvres. Solar shades close the openings. Lowered, they cut the sun without hiding the river.
Two patio heaters are fixed under the beams. They warm the seating area when the evening cools down.
